Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) okbat account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. okbat employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okbat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okbat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify okbat immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okbat recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
okbat is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. okbat reserves the right to suspend account functionality, including withdrawals, pending completion of KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbat, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
okbat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. okbat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okbat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your okbat account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and okbat, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. okbat will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with its regulatory framework.
okbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okbat will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
